This represents two areas (encircled) where Rod has painted a good number of canvases in the past. He has not been restricted to these areas having lived in Darmouth and New Glasgow, Nova Scotis and in Sussec, Frtedericton and Saint John, New Brunswick. As you can see were are down east and upalong from the State of Maine in the United States of Americsa.  Nova Scotia is "sea-girt" being very neary an island except for the Isthmus of Chignecto (top, righ)  which attaches it by land to New Brunswick.  Clicking "location" on an information page will indicate where a particular painting was done.
